近排轉左新工，所以買左好多關於 public speaking / sales skill 既書，可以學以致用。平時得閒都會睇下 TED talk。呢本書既作者就借用左 TED talk 入面唔同講者既經驗去教我地 9 個 public speaking 既必殺技。

1. Unleash the master within: 去做 pitching，一定要對件事物好有 passion，至少你要覺得件 product 會成功。如果連你自己都對件 product 無信心，聽你講野既人都唔會相信件 product 會 work，有說服力既 pitching 係需要有說話既靈魂、熱情。 "Your true passion should be the subject of your communications and will serve to truly inspire your audience. " 問下自己 "What makes your heart sing?"

2. Teach me something new: 人類係好奇既，我地每一日都會學緊新野。所以做 presentation / pitching 既時候，一定要講 D 新奇既資訊比對方聽。"Everything I'm going to present to you was not in my textbooks when I went to school."

3. Stick to the 18-minute rule: 大家有無發現所有 TED talk 都係 20 分鐘內？以 TED talk 作範例，呢 18 - 20 分鐘不太長、不太短既 duration，足以令觀眾吸收一個全新既課題。有分析指平時我地大學既 3 小時 lectures 根本係折磨既行為。一黎學生唔會有精神吸收晒，二黎 professor 講既野一定唔會係最重要、最精簡的。係曬大家時間教一 D 非必要既野... 18-20 分鐘一個 pitching 足夠有餘啦。"If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough."
